if anyone happens to know where I can send a mailbomb to www.magicsearch.ws let me know. I am equally as pissed at microsoft for designing a program that provides outside websites with the ability to edit your registry. WTF??? I have spent the last two weeks trying to completely get rid of this program. It's a pain in the @$$! It hijacks your webbrowser so that you always are redirected to its website, and everytime you visit the website, it adds another line to your registry, or reinstalls itself in a different form. I have deleted no less than 20 files that were all versions of this program. They all have names like explore.exe and system32.exe, so you don't think they're malignant programs until its too late. They also take over your favorites in web browsers and rewrite their locations so that they point back to the stupid website. It also rewrites notepad so that when you run notepad, it starts all over again. I found a program called cwshredder that gets rid of the program, but it only kills the ones that are currently active... To get rid of this thing means manually rewriting half of your registry file... a casual computer use would do better to buy a new computer.

If anyone knows of a microsoft patch for this thing, let me know. (Why the crap would internet explorer need to have write access to your registry in the first place???)

ok.... the moment you've been waiting for... The person who said the quote is none other than my younger brother, Caleb.

I told you that you all knew him (Except willer lite... you don't count). So, to properly give him credit:

Quote of Last Week:

"You can't see my wonderland with your eyes open" -- Caleb

This is for Brian.

p.s. I fixed the link. Try clicking on the next to last picture on the page... picture of a guy and two boys. That should play the correct media file and hopefully not give you the disturbing image that a few of us saw.

Quote of the Week:

"You can't see my wonderland with your eyes open" -- ???

This is such a wonderful quote... It was said by someone that everyone who reads this blog knows. I'll give massive kudos to whoever can name that person.

First things first... I would like to thank everyone who came to my birthday party and made it a success... I am a bit suprised that nothing went horribly wrong.... in the years past my birthday parties have been marked by snowstorms, bad timing, tornados, Fire and brimstone coming down from the sky. Rivers and seas boiling. Forty years of darkness. Earthquakes, volcanoes. The dead rising from the grave. Human sacrifice, dogs and cats living together - mass hysteria.

ok, maybe I went to far with the whole cats and dogs thing, but really... it was a big success and it was really cool seeing that I had enough friends in one place that I actually couldn't keep up with all the conversations. That's another reason it was so cool... everyone knew each other... even dave and krys worked together... dave and kim went to school together.. I think the only people that weren't aquainted on their own would be kim and krys.. maybe to a lesser degree michael and krys... mas cool.

For my birthday, for those that weren't there (wait, do I know anyone who reads this who wasn't there?), I got a Cordoba classical guitar... very nice... now if only I could play it... Like my mom said, I'm getting quite a collection... a Martin steel string acoustical, a Fender 12 string, and a Cordoba classical acoustical.. yeah, I definately need to learn how to play them now..

well, that's about all that's happened in my life unless you want to count homework and Cam stuff... oh yeah, about role playing...

Who would be interested in a d20 modern game out of memphis that only met once a month? Would have to be either a friday night or saturday. We could even pick up and continue with anyone's characters from any game so far (i.e. manda's or mine), or you could make another one. Probably picking up around 5th or 6th level... I've already got a pretty sick and twisted plot in mind.... Let me know!!

Later.
